3 Different Types of Style in Layout

 Informative and Clean
This spread is a type of informative spread. They use at least four typefaces to divide the part of headline, deck, subhead, and text. For informative spread, they only use some colors, because the articles is more important than the colors or other elements. They also have some steps (1,2,3,4,5) and put a bold line as the divider between paragraph and steps.

Informative and Clean
This spread is a type of simple and clean. They have much text but they can put it very neat and still readable. They only use 2 typefaces, for title and for body text. The image for background has big part on this spread because it build the look and feel of summer, fresh, and welcoming.

 Young and “Rebel“
We can see the young type from the headline, subhead, and images. It because mostly young people want to vent their expressions. They only use two typefaces and those are enough because the background already crowded and messy. The black, grey, brown background build the feel of rock-topic.
We can see the rebel type from the placing of the black highlight behind the white subhead.

Vintage and High Class
The image tone is a tone of vintage color, which is pale, soft, cozy, and relax. They only use 2 typefaces, for the subhead and bodytext. They use negative space well and effectively. I love the image placing on the middle, although the image was cropped margins, but he put the object(boy) is not right in the middle so that the picture is still good looking and build the feel. The leading also great because it makes people feel relax when they read it.
